In this session on Digital Strategy: From Vision to Implementation, Sarah Jencks and Liza Lorenz unpack their process for developing a digital strategy at the Ford’s Theatre. The Ford’s Theatre’s Long-Range Plan made clear that the organization needed to broaden its impact and that digital provided an opportunity to do so. The Digital Strategy thus sought to answer two questions: How should Ford’s Theatre use digital media to support its Long Range Plan? And, what will it take to get there?
