Join our MCN Media Production and Branding Special Interest Group (SIG) for the second Brand Masters Hangout Session. And this time with the award winning Rejane Dal Bello. The people who run museums, over the past years, are beginning to get used to the word "brand" – it's now seen as an essential tool for leadership. But behind the scenes, some of us remain suspicious. For many, brand is a dark force bringing control, conformity, corporatism and crassness. It's the B word and we need to talk about that. Rejane Dal Bello is an graphic designer with a great range of iconic design case studies. Originally from Brazil she began her career working for renowned branding & design over the world, Studio Dumbar (Netherlands) and Wolff Olins (UK). Her design studio, based in London, creates branding projects for national and international clients focusing on the corporate, cultural and nonprofit sectors. Hosted by Luis Marcelo Mendes, journalist and independent consultant to cultural organizations, currently living in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. His work focuses on communications projects; design and branding management; digital media; publishing and exhibitions. Co-Chair of the MCN’s Media Production and Branding Special Interest Group with Anna Chiaretta Lavatelli. Live from London. Friday 22nd July at 6pm (London - BST - UTC+1) / 2pm (Rio - BRT - UTC-3) / 1pm ET (EDT - UTC-4) / 12pm (Chicago - CDT - UTC-5) / 10am (PDT - UTC-7).
