We hear a lot about the terms design thinking, Lean, and Agile. But what do they really mean and how are companies applying these practices? Based on research conducted at Forrester, this session will look at how a variety of organizations and companies are taking these different methodologies and finding ways to blend them together in order to create better work more quickly, more collaboratively, and with a human-centered focus. The talk will include examples of the different design methods in action as well as resources and suggestions for how to start or move a practice forward back at your own institution.
