This second 2014 MCN-Pro series is a continuation of the first, Getting the hang of Google+ Hangouts On Air (G+HOA) workshop. The workshop will start with a quick refresher on the basics of setting up and scheduling a G+HOA session and will move onto advanced topics and open Q&A. Topics will include the set-up and use of G+HOA apps and functions, creative applications of HOA and future applications including connected classrooms and helpouts. The second half of the session will be dedicated entirely to Q&A with a small panel of experienced HOA users fielding participant questions from basic how-to, to brainstorming creative solutions and applications. The workshop is free and open to anyone interested in using HOA for traditional and non-traditional museum applications.
