Through a streamlined integration between CMS, DAMS and WEB, The Gilcrease Museum has been able to provide a way to enhance their collection information by providing groups of researchers or domain experts with access to their collection information in a secure portal on their web site. Once valuable insights and information are captured an automated process enables the curation of this information and then seamlessly updates the internal Collection Management System.
