We’re extending this year’s call for proposals. All proposals are now due June 25 by 11:59 p.m. PST.
The submission form is also moving! As of Tuesday, May 30, we’ll now be accepting proposals via Google Forms due to an error with how the previous system handled saving then submitting drafts.
If you submitted your proposal before Tuesday, May 30, check your inbox. We’ve reached out to all individuals with a proposal on file. If you did not receive an email from us, it means we did not get your proposal(s), and you will have to resubmit.
Please note that you cannot save form drafts with Google. We recommend writing your proposal(s) in a document before copying it into the form. We are also unable to retrieve data from drafts in the previous form.
